You can process a refund manually on a TryNow order just as you do with standard online orders in your ecommerce platform.
Note that in the event the package has already been successfully delivered, issuing a refund triggers TryNow to automatically charge for the net balance of any other items in the order. For this reason, if you need to process a refund manually after the delivery date, we recommend either:
- waiting until after the shopper’s trial is complete
- communicating to the shopper that processing this refund will result in a charge for any items not already returned
If the manual refund is issued prior to the delivery date, the shopper will not experiences any charges.
