If the order has not yet delivered: the outstanding balance will reduce, and TryNow will charge for kept items at the end of the order lifecycle.
If the order has delivered: TryNow will charge for the outstanding balance at the time of the refund. Note, this means any items that have not been returned will be charged and closed. You may want to communicate this to the shopper, and confirm that they intend to keep their items.
