We recommend a 7 day trial period. We recommend setting the Return Flow based on how long -- on average -- it takes your warehouse to process returns, and when you issue refunds.
If you issue refunds upon first scan, 3-4 days is the standard Return Flow. Otherwise, 10 days is standard across brands who refund upon return to the warehouse.
If your average return to refund cycle is greater than 10 days, we recommend working with your warehouse team to increase capacity to hit this goal for the best shopper experience.
