TryNow uses the platform name from your Merchant Portal in any TryNow emails sent to shoppers. There are certain scenarios where you may want to display a different name to your shopper than the one you registered with in your TryNow Merchant Portal (i.e. removing LLC).
To update this, please follow the below steps:
1. Sign into merchant.trynow.io and navigate to Settings
2. Select General from your Settings tabs
3. Toggle the "Use merchant name as platform name" off
4. Update the "Platform name" with the name you want to display to shoppers.
Note: Do NOT update the merchant name field
5. Select Save to confirm your changes
